實驗室通風(fēng)柜排風(fēng)及補風(fēng)系統(tǒng)運行及控制方案1. 通風(fēng)柜方案 1. ventilator scheme 1～12層的普通實驗室采用旁通型定風(fēng)量通風(fēng)柜（有特殊要求的除外），13～14層的理化實驗室采用旁通型定風(fēng)量通風(fēng)柜和變風(fēng)量通風(fēng)柜，具體配置詳見設(shè)計圖紙。通風(fēng)柜應(yīng)滿足國家相關(guān)規(guī)范及標(biāo)準要求，且均應(yīng)配置傳感器及控制器（根據(jù)監(jiān)測的面風(fēng)速調(diào)節(jié)對應(yīng)的變風(fēng)量閥開度）。 The 1~12 level common laboratory adopts bypass type constant air volume ventilation cabinet (except for special requirements), and the 13~14 level physical and chemical laboratory adopts bypass type constant air volume ventilation cabinet and VAV ventilation hood, and the detailed design is detailed in the design drawings. (2)多個通風(fēng)柜實驗室：采用旁通型通風(fēng)柜和變風(fēng)量通風(fēng)柜，送、排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中采用雙穩(wěn)態(tài)定風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)方式和變風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)方式來實現(xiàn)通風(fēng)柜工作狀態(tài)和空閑狀態(tài)下風(fēng)量值間的切換。當(dāng)實驗室有人且通風(fēng)柜不使用時，密閉閥EVD開啟，雙穩(wěn)態(tài)定風(fēng)量閥CVD2處于低檔狀態(tài)，滿足室內(nèi)換氣次數(shù)不小于6次/h的要求。當(dāng)實驗室有人使用通風(fēng)柜時，密閉閥EVD開啟狀態(tài)不變，如使用旁通型通風(fēng)柜，則雙穩(wěn)態(tài)定風(fēng)量閥CVD2處于高檔狀態(tài)，滿足通風(fēng)柜的排風(fēng)量要求；如使用變風(fēng)量通風(fēng)柜，則其對應(yīng)的變風(fēng)量閥VVD根據(jù)面風(fēng)速調(diào)節(jié)排風(fēng)量及補風(fēng)量，雙穩(wěn)態(tài)定風(fēng)量閥CVD2處于低檔狀態(tài)不變。當(dāng)室內(nèi)無人時，手動關(guān)閉密閉閥EVD，節(jié)約能源。 (2) a number of fume hood laboratories: bypass ventilation cabinet and VAV ventilation hood are adopted. When the room is unmanned, the closed valve EVD is closed manually, so as to save energy. |
